The staff was really kind and my stay was really comfortable, would return there. I was here for cruise, everything was well-maintained. The bed was soft, and overall lovely room! The hotel was in a brilliant location close enough to copenhague. Furthermore, the venue was relatively close to Dragon Fountain.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were specific.

Had a great 3 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. The check in was easy, the staff was amazingly nice and outstandingly accommodating. I enjoyed the European-style building and my spotless and practical room with 2 beds side-by-side. The breakfast was excellent with yummy meals and cheese, as example, the best I had in Copenhagen.

Its location was marvellous and exceptionally nice, near the center of Copenhagen and also the frequent 5C bus route which heads up to Norrero. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Gemyse that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

The breakfast offered was excellent with local bakeries and reasonably priced filling and scrambled eggs. This location was marvellous and exceptionally nice, short walk to the Tivoli gardens and the Central station as well as frequent trains to the airport.

The staff is pleasant, an absolute asset to this the place. The location is marvellous and amazing, near Stroget shopping street, both transport and leisure, and the train station & tivoli. It's within walking distance of Lagkagehuset, I tried nice desserts there.

Perfect hotel, the staff were absolutely amazingly great. Liked milk, muesli, cereal, and fruit for breakfast. The location in a lovely area was brilliant and there were the Christmas market and a market nearby. Stayed here for cruise, no reason to complain.

We had excellent breakfasts with scrambled eggs and yummy meals and cheese. Great location in the lovely area and it was a bonus to be close to a train station.

Besides, the location was perfect for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of a world-class amusement park. We tried milk, muesli, cereal, and fruit, everything was yummy.

The a double room I got was functional. Baggage storage and a kettle were there too. Everything met the demands and I had a fine stay on my last second night.
